In short: we process what you write in the form so we can reply, and — only if you accept — we use measurement cookies. We don't sell your data to anyone.

What we process, why, and on what legal basis

1. Demo requests

We process what you voluntarily provide in the form: name, email address and, if you wish, company, phone number and team size, along with the message you write. We also record the language you write to us in, so we can reply in it.

• Purpose: to handle your enquiry, reply to you and, where appropriate, arrange a product demonstration.
• Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box on the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), and steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Retention: while we handle your enquiry and, afterwards, for a maximum of two years in case you get back in touch. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

2. Measurement and advertising

If you accept in the cookie notice, we use tools from Google and Meta to understand how the site is used and to measure our advertising campaigns. These tools process device identifiers and browsing data.

• Purpose: to analyse use of the site, improve it and measure how well our ads perform.
• Legal basis: your consent. Without it, they are not activated.
• Retention: according to the lifetime of each cookie, detailed in our cookie policy.
• Withdrawal: you can change your choice at any time via "Cookie preferences" in the footer.

3. Server logs

The hosting provider automatically logs technical data about each visit (IP address, date and time, page requested and browser). This is necessary for the site to work and to keep it secure.

• Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and running (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Retention: the hosting provider's standard period.

We do not make automated decisions with legal effects about you. The interactive demo on the home page collects and sends nothing: it runs entirely in your browser using text prepared in advance.

Who else can access your data

We do not sell your data. Only the providers we need in order to run the service can access it, under data processing agreements:

• IONOS (1&1 IONOS España, S.L.U.): website hosting and email service. Servers in the European Union.
• Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC: web analytics and ad measurement. Only if you accept the relevant cookies.
• Meta Platforms Ireland Limited and Meta Platforms, Inc.: ad measurement on Facebook and Instagram. Only if you accept marketing cookies.

International transfers

If you accept analytics or marketing cookies, your data may be processed in the United States by Google LLC and Meta Platforms, Inc. Both are certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, the European Commission adequacy decision covering those transfers, and they also apply standard contractual clauses as an additional safeguard.

If you decline those cookies, your data does not leave the European Economic Area.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time, and withdraw the consent you gave us, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand. To do so, write to info@ai1crm.com stating which right you wish to exercise. We may ask for a copy of your ID to confirm it is you.

If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish supervisory authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es). If you live in another EU country, you may also contact your local supervisory authority.

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. The site is served over HTTPS and access to the mailbox that receives enquiries is restricted to the team that handles them.

Minors

This site is aimed at professionals and businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe this has happened, write to us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will publish the updated version here with its date. We recommend checking it from time to time.
